Last Dollar is located less than 10 minutes from
Telluride, Colorado and has lots ranging from half an acre to 1.5 acres in size. This is an older subdivision offering the great views so prevalent throughout the Telluride area. Roads are paved as well. Hillside is another subdivision that is located just three or four minutes away from the town of Telluride. It features 40 lots in total, with 37 homes.
Lawson Hill is also located less than 10 minutes from
Teluride. This subdivision features deed-restricted homes and lots. It also has paved roads and down-valley views. Lots are about a quarter acre in size. The Meadows at Deep Creek is located about 10 minutes from town and is positioned east of the airport. The area has lots one to three acres in size.
Raspberry Patch is about 15 minutes from town by car. It is positioned south of Elk Run. This area boasts just seven lots that are literally huge. There are several finished houses in Raspberry Patch and the area offers fantastic views.
